I am now married and living in Warrensburg, MO still a photo student but at a new university (UCM). I have changed my focus from fine arts photography to commercial photography, and hope to get you some of that new work as soon as I can.
I am also within the next month upgrading ALL of my equipment, though I am not sure yet still on the details of those upgrades. Given that I don't write journal entries often, I doubt many of you will read this, but if you do I'd love to hear your advice on this issue.
My current camera is a Nikon D50 with 7.1 mega pixels. I have the standard AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm lens, as well as the AF-S Nikkor 18-200mm. I am looking into purchasing the D90, which would have 12 mega pixels. As well as two more lenses, the Nikkor wide angle 12-24mm and the Nikkor Micro 105mm.
My budget is roughly 3,000. I can't decide whether or not I should go ahead and purchase the D90, or go a step up and get the D300. Or skip the camera entirely and just focus on lenses. I would do that, but again the limitations of print quality for a SLR 7.1 mega pixel camera make me cautious.
Let me know what you think!

Thank you
